In conjuction with Total Lunar Eclipse, National Space Agency (ANGKASA) will be organizing a Total Lunar Eclipse Observation Program at the National Planetarium Kuala Lumpur on 10 December 2011 from 7:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m..
Public are invited to observe the phenomena through a few telescopes that will be set-up during the event. They can also bring their own telescopes in this program.
The first 1000 visitors attending the program will be given a tin of Eclipse Mints, which is contributed by The Wrigley Company (M) Sdn. Bhd. Meanwhile the first 500 visitors will be given a 3D glasses and 5 telescopes will be given to the winners of Space Hunt team, which is contributed by Starfield Instruments Supply.
